7.30 am – Breakfast in th hotel

8.15 am – Walk to Convention Centre – workshop venue

9.00-12.30 am – Workshop morning session

12.30-2.00 pm – Buffet lunch

2.00-4.00 pm – Workshop afternoon session

8.00 pm – Meet up at the hotel’s reception for transfer to the dinner venue

8.30 pm – Aperitif and dinner with live music at Spiaggia Olivi

Transfer back to the hotels

8.00 am – Departure for the so-called Experiences and lunch (timetables according to the individual programme)
- Biking (easy - cycle path)
- E-Mountain biking (intermediate - Ponale Road)
- Hiking (easy - Monte Brione)
- Hiking (intermediate - Pregasina)
- Sailing
- Heritage and Cultural Routes

3.00-7.00 pm – Free time

7.30 pm – Meet up at the hotel’s reception for transfer to the dinner venue at Ristorante La Casina

Transfer back to hotels
